Refund Eligibility Period
All refund requests must be submitted within six (6) hours of the time of payment. Any request made after this period shall be deemed ineligible and will not be honored under any circumstances.

Customer Obligations
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide all required data, content, or materials necessary for the provision of the purchased services. In the event that the customer fails to provide such data in a timely and complete manner, no refund shall be issued.

Non-Refundable Transactions
All sales are final beyond the six-hour eligibility period. By making a payment, you expressly waive any right to dispute or reverse the transaction on the grounds of service dissatisfaction resulting from delays or omissions in customer-supplied information.
